By accessing or using Woope ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Woope is currently in public beta. Features, policies, and these Terms may change as the Platform evolves. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email where possible.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Woope. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform where required by applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide your date of birth. Woope uses this information only to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement.

By creating an account, you confirm that: - All registration information you provide is accurate and truthful - Your provided date of birth is correct and not misleading - You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws - You will maintain the security of your account credentials

If Woope determines that an account belongs to a user under 13 years old, the account may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

Attempting to bypass age verification or providing false age information may result in account termination.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account information accurate, including your date of birth.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

You retain ownership of content you post on Woope (posts, projects, discussions, comments, profile information, and other materials - collectively "User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Woope a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to post the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You may not post, share, or promote content that:

• -Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• -Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, patents)
• -Contains malware, spam, or phishing material
• -Impersonates any person, organisation, or entity
• -Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• -Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way
• -Facilitates or promotes illegal activities
• -Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive users

Woope reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

Woope may moderate content using automated tools, manual review, or a combination of both. Moderation decisions include content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms using the built-in report function. We aim to review reports promptly but cannot guarantee a specific response time during the beta period.

If your account is suspended or content is removed, you may contact us at support@woope.eu to appeal the decision. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

Woope and its logo, design, code, and original content are the property of Arnex Development Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Woope materials without explicit written permission.

User Content remains the property of the respective users. Woope does not claim ownership of content created by users.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Woope, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform.

Woope is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

During the beta period, features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or functionality during this period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woope and Arnex Development Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during free beta is zero).

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your public posts, projects, and discussions may remain visible if others have interacted with them, but your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

This includes: - Providing false registration information - Attempting to bypass age verification - Operating an account while under the minimum required age.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email where possible.

Your continued use of Woope after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
